3. No Advertisements
FreeIt is an ad-free platform. We do not host third-party advertisements. Consequently, we do not track your behavior for advertising purposes or share your personal data with any ad networks or marketing agencies.
4. Permissions
This app is designed to be “permission-light” to protect user privacy:
- Internet/Network State: Required to load listings and sync data from our servers.
- No Native Permissions: This version of the app does not request access to your device’s Camera, Gallery, Microphone, or real-time GPS Location.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties. Data is only shared in the following ways:
- Marketplace Interaction: Your contact details are shared with other users as part of the app’s core functionality (App Functionality).
- Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party providers (such as web hosting) to operate the platform; these providers are bound to keep your info confidential.
6. Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
We provide a transparent and permanent way for you to manage your data:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account permanently by navigating to Menu > Delete Account. For security, this requires password confirmation.
- Permanent Removal: Upon confirmation, your account, profile data (including phone and address), and listings are immediately and permanently removed from our database.

We utilize SSL/HTTPS encryption to protect your data during transmission between your device and our servers. This ensures your personal information is encrypted in transit.
