Decluttering simply means removing things you don’t need so your space (and mind) feels clear and calm.

It’s not about throwing everything away.
It’s about keeping what is useful, meaningful, or makes you happy — and letting go of the rest.

In simple terms:

  • Less stuff = less stress
  • Keep what you use
  • Let go of what you don’t

Example:

  • Clothes you haven’t worn in a year → donate
  • Old papers you don’t need → recycle
  • Broken items you won’t fix → discard

Decluttering can be conducted within:

  • Your room
  • Your phone (apps, photos)
  • Your workspace
  • Even your thoughts and commitments
